Indian Business visa requirements:
- Original passport valid for at least 8 months
- 2 unsigned recent colour photographs with WHITE background and Size of photographs 50mm x 50mm (2" x 2") Anything other than this requirement will not be accepted and charges will occur.
- Supporting documents, where necessary
- Duly completed Indian visa application form
- A letter of invitation from an Indian company
- A letter with your company letter head explaining the nature of the visit and duration period addressed to:

- Indian Business Visa for up to 6 months for one person is: £170.00 all charges included.
- Indian Business Visa for upt to 12 months: £225.00 all charges included.
When applying for the 12 / 24 month visa be aware that the visa will only be granted on the Public Relations Officer's Discretion and cost are non-refundable.
The above charges are for British Passports only. These charges include the fee payable to the Government of India, VFS fee service charge and postage 1st class registered return post.
